Horizontal Straightening Mechanism
Composed of straightening beam, straightening plate, double-line pressure wheel, single-line pressure wheel, etc. The horizontal straightening mechanism mainly completes the lateral straightening of rebar, ensuring the straightness of rebar after straightening. This mechanism has an automatic threading device, saving time and effort.
Traction Straightening Mechanism
Mainly completes rebar traction and longitudinal straightening, ensuring that rebar does not twist during the traction process. The straightness of rebar after straightening is better. Internal gear + synchronous belt transmission method is adopted to reduce wearing parts. The maximum traction speed can reach 130m/min.
Counting Mechanism
Uses photoelectric switch counting with high counting accuracy. The number of processing pieces can be set, and the machine automatically stops after reaching the set number.
Cutting Mechanism
Driven by servo motor with high cutting accuracy, smooth cutting surface, no burrs, and fast cutting speed.
Unloading Mechanism
Driven by cylinder with fast unloading speed, neat unloading, and easy collection.
