Straightening Main Unit
Composed of conveying mechanism, straightening mechanism, cutting mechanism, main frame, etc. The main unit primarily completes the conveying, straightening and cutting of coiled rebar. The entire machine adopts dust-proof enclosed design, safe operation, and greatly extends equipment service life.
Dual Variable Frequency Straightening and Feeding Mechanism
For straightening different rebars, by adjusting the ratio relationship between straightening and feeding, it can achieve maximum protection of rebar surface quality while straightening and cutting rebar.
Servo Cutting Mechanism
This mechanism adopts servo cutting, achieving processing length accuracy within ±1.5mm. The traction wheel is suitable for two diameter rebars and can be used multiple times. The cutting blade can be used on both sides.
Automatic Alignment Unloading Mechanism
This mechanism can automatically align finished rebar to the main unit side. The material rack has a two-stage buffer mechanism, packaging does not require shutdown, improving equipment efficiency.
